This Refund Policy explains how refunds are processed after a return, cancellation, failed delivery, or other eligible refund event has been approved.

This Policy should be read together with our Return Policy, Terms & Conditions, and any product-specific terms published on Seeyoubd.Com.

1Issuance of Refunds

The processing time and method of a refund may depend on:

• The reason for the refund;
• The original payment method;
• Whether a returned product requires inspection or quality verification;
• The bank, card issuer, mobile financial service provider, or payment gateway involved; and
• Any applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

The refund process begins after Seeyoubd.Com confirms that the refund is eligible and approves it for processing.

Where a product has been returned, the refund will normally be initiated only after the returned product has been received and any required inspection or quality check has been successfully completed.

2Types of Refund

Seeyoubd.Com may process refunds under the following circumstances:

A Refund from an Approved Return

Where a return has been approved under the Seeyoubd.Com Return Policy, the refund process will normally begin after:

• The returned product reaches Seeyoubd.Com or the designated return location;
• The product is inspected, where applicable; and
• The return successfully passes the required verification.

B Refund from a Cancelled Order

For an eligible prepaid order that is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund process will begin after the cancellation has been confirmed by Seeyoubd.Com.

If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be immediately possible and the applicable Return Policy may apply.

C Refund from a Failed Delivery

For an eligible prepaid order that could not be successfully delivered, the refund process will normally begin after the shipment has been confirmed as undelivered and, where applicable, returned to Seeyoubd.Com or the responsible seller.

The time required for the shipment to return may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner, and operational circumstances.

D Refund Where Seeyoubd.Com Cannot Fulfil an Order

If Seeyoubd.Com is unable to supply an eligible prepaid order within the applicable fulfilment period, the customer will be entitled to an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable Bangladesh digital-commerce requirements.

3Refund Amount

Where a full refund is approved, the refundable amount will normally include the amount actually paid by the customer for the eligible product.

Applicable original delivery charges may also be refunded where:

• The product was damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, expired, or materially misdescribed;
• Seeyoubd.Com was unable to fulfil the order; or
• The refund is otherwise required under applicable law or policy.

For an approved change-of-mind return where there was no fault with the supplied product, original delivery charges and return transportation charges may be non-refundable or may be deducted from the refund, as stated in the applicable Return Policy.

Any promotional discount, voucher, cashback, coupon, or other benefit applied to the original transaction may be taken into account when calculating the final refundable amount.

A customer will not normally receive more than the actual eligible amount paid for the relevant transaction.

4Refund Methods

Where reasonably possible, refunds for prepaid orders will be returned through the same payment method or payment channel used for the original transaction.

Depending on the payment option used, a refund may be processed through:

• Credit or debit card payment reversal;
• bKash;
• Nagad;
• Rocket;
• Bank account transfer;
• Online banking reversal;
• Other supported mobile financial services or payment gateways; or
• Another refund method agreed with the customer where the original method cannot reasonably be used.

Seeyoubd.Com does not guarantee that every refund method will be available for every transaction.

5Indicative Refund Processing Time

After a refund has been approved and initiated by Seeyoubd.Com, the time required for the money to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider.

As a general operational guideline:

These periods are indicative maximum processing estimates after Seeyoubd.Com has initiated the refund and may exclude weekends and public holidays.

Any shorter or mandatory refund period required by applicable Bangladesh law or regulation will take precedence.

6Cash on Delivery Refunds

For an eligible refund relating to a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, Seeyoubd.Com may request the customer to provide a valid:

• Bank account; or
• Supported mobile financial service account.

The customer is responsible for providing correct and active account information.

Seeyoubd.Com will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, inactive, or invalid account details supplied by the customer.

7Card Refunds

Refunds for eligible credit or debit card transactions will generally be processed as a reversal to the relevant card or payment account.

After Seeyoubd.Com initiates the refund, the issuing bank or card provider may require additional time to reflect the refunded amount in the customer's statement.

If the refund does not appear within the applicable processing period after Seeyoubd.Com confirms that it has been initiated, the customer may need to contact the relevant bank or card issuer.

8Mobile Financial Service Refunds

For eligible payments made through supported mobile financial services such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, the refund will generally be returned to the appropriate mobile financial account associated with the original transaction, where technically supported.

Customers should ensure that the relevant mobile account remains active and capable of receiving funds.

9Promotional Discounts, Vouchers, and Cashback

Where an order involved a promotional discount, coupon, voucher, cashback, or other promotional benefit:

• The refundable amount may be calculated based on the actual amount paid by the customer.
• Promotional benefits may not always be refundable in cash.
• Cashback already received may be adjusted against the refund amount where appropriate and permitted.
• A promotional code that has already been redeemed may not necessarily be reissued unless specifically stated in the applicable promotion terms.

Any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the order will also apply.

10Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued where appropriate, including where:

• Only part of a multi-item order qualifies for refund;
• A missing component or item cannot be replaced;
• The customer and Seeyoubd.Com agree to a partial refund as a reasonable resolution; or
• A lawful deduction applies under the relevant Return Policy or promotional conditions.

The reason and amount of any approved partial refund will be communicated to the customer.

11Refund Delays

Refunds may occasionally be delayed due to:

• Bank or card processing times;
• Mobile financial service processing;
• Payment gateway delays;
• Weekends or public holidays;
• Incorrect refund information supplied by the customer;
• A pending product inspection or verification;
• Courier return delays; or
• Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Seeyoubd.Com.

Where a refund has been approved but is materially delayed, customers may contact Seeyoubd.Com Customer Support for assistance.

12Failed or Rejected Refund Transactions

If a refund cannot be completed because the customer's bank account, card, mobile wallet, or other payment account is invalid, inactive, restricted, or unable to receive funds, Seeyoubd.Com may request an alternative valid refund method.

Additional verification may be required before funds are redirected to a different account in order to protect customers against fraud or unauthorized refund claims.

13Fraudulent or Abusive Refund Claims

Seeyoubd.Com reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or abusive refund activity, including:

• False claims;
• Submission of misleading evidence;
• Product substitution;
• Repeated abusive refund behaviour;
• Unauthorized payment disputes; or
• Attempts to obtain multiple refunds for the same transaction.

This provision will not be used to deny a legitimate customer refund.

14Refund Confirmation

Once a refund has been initiated, Seeyoubd.Com may notify the customer through available communication channels such as:

• SMS;
• Phone;
• Email;
• Website account notification; or
• Other available communication methods.

Customers should retain relevant order and refund information until the refund is fully received.

15Applicable Legal Requirements

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any mandatory rights or remedies available to customers under the applicable laws, regulations, or digital-commerce requirements of Bangladesh.

If any provision of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
