15Delivery Information and Customer Responsibility

37Dispute Resolution

Where a dispute arises, the customer and Seeyoubd.Com are encouraged to first attempt to resolve the matter through Customer Support and reasonable good-faith communication.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may exercise any right or remedy available under applicable Bangladesh law through a competent authority, consumer-protection body, court, or other lawful dispute-resolution mechanism.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to unlawfully restrict a customer's statutory right to seek redress.

38Changes to These Terms

Seeyoubd.Com may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect:

• Legal or regulatory requirements;
